IT Support L2 Specialist (f/m/d)

Salary: CHF 85'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of security aspects
• Experience working in IT support or managed services environments
• Ability to resolve Level 2 user requests on site and remotely
• Strong communication skills for clear and regular client interaction
• Ability to contribute to technical procedures and internal knowledge base updates
• Ability to support low and medium complexity changes, including writing, documentation, execution, and follow-up
• Ability to manage and correctly allocate billable and non-billable tasks
• Ability to participate in MDR (Managed Detection and Response) activities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the resolution of Level 2 user requests on site or remotely
• Communicate clearly and regularly with our clients
• Contribute to updating technical procedures and the internal knowledge base
• Contribute to the execution of low and medium complexity changes, including writing, documentation, execution, and follow-up
• Ensure the correct allocation of your tasks, both billable and non-billable
• Participate in MDR (Managed Detection and Response) activities
