IT Support L2 Specialist (f/m/d)
Salary: CHF 85'000 - 105'000 per year
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of security aspects
- Experience working in IT support or managed services environments
- Ability to resolve Level 2 user requests on site and remotely
- Strong communication skills for clear and regular client interaction
- Ability to contribute to technical procedures and internal knowledge base updates
- Ability to support low and medium complexity changes, including writing, documentation, execution, and follow-up
- Ability to manage and correctly allocate billable and non-billable tasks
- Ability to participate in MDR (Managed Detection and Response) activities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the resolution of Level 2 user requests on site or remotely
- Communicate clearly and regularly with our clients
- Contribute to updating technical procedures and the internal knowledge base
- Contribute to the execution of low and medium complexity changes, including writing, documentation, execution, and follow-up
- Ensure the correct allocation of your tasks, both billable and non-billable
- Participate in MDR (Managed Detection and Response) activities
