Security Architect

Salary: CHF 85'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

• University Bachelors degree in IT or EPF engineering degree, or deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience in security architecture or systems security in a complex environment, with strong autonomy and ability to decide.
• Mastery of security standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS, OWASP) and expertise in Cloud and network architectures.
• Very good skills in AppSec / DevSecOps and advanced knowledge of security technologies (WAF, XDR, IAM, PAM, PKI, cryptography).
• Personal qualities: absolute integrity and confidentiality, rigor, resistance to stress, management of conflicting situations, team spirit, and very good writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design security services and architectures compliant with standards (ISO, NIST, CIS, OWASP) and service levels, particularly in Cloud and hybrid environments.
• Support architects and technical teams on security requirements (AppSec / DevSecOps) for infrastructures and services throughout the project cycle.
• Define, document, and disseminate implementation requirements (guides, checklists, and examples).
• Review the architectures of new solutions and evolutions, identify gaps, assess risks, and propose measures or corrections in case of non-compliance.
• Work in close collaboration with development and operations teams to master risks and optimize security while taking into account constraints (resilience, maintenance in operational conditions).
