Senior ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d)

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 115'000 per year

Requirements:

• Several years of proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, REST integrations)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM
• We expect ServiceNow CSA and CAD certification
• Good understanding of platform architecture, data models, and technical interrelations
• Enjoy customer contact and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
• Understanding of platform operation, maintainability, upgradeability, and technical quality
• Quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and willing to take responsibility for your own work as well as our teams shared success
• High self-responsibility, OOTB-first mindset, and enjoyment of collaboration in an interdisciplinary platform team

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and integrations based on architectural guidelines and best practices
• Ensure clean code, maintainable design, and comprehensible documentation
• Conduct technical analyses and support solution designs
• Support platform standardisation and reduction of technical customisation
• Contribute to continuous improvements of the platform and development processes
• Analyse and resolve technical issues within incidents and service requests
