Field Application Engineer - Lamination Processes & Equipment

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year

Requirements:

• We require completed technical training, for example as a mechanic or as an engineer FH/ (mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or similar).
• We require several years of professional experience in plant engineering or mechanical engineering.
• We value first experience in project management and a basic understanding of business economics.
• We expect a very good understanding of technical processes and machine processes.
• We require fluent German and English skills at C1 level; additional languages are an advantage.
• We are looking for an independent, quality- and solution-oriented working style with analytical and networked thinking.

Responsibilities:

• We serve as the contact person for customers and internal teams on technical issues.
• We ensure the smooth and efficient operation of machines and processes.
• We continuously optimize processes and improve quality.
• We provide training and technical support on-site and remotely.
• We accompany machine commissioning internally and externally.
• We manage projects from sales closure to successful completion.
• We carry out travel activities of approximately 80%.
