Senior SAP Consultant (S/4 for Fashion/Retail)

Salary: CHF 40'000 - 65'000 per year

Requirements:

• 6+ years in SAP Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA Fashion with strong functional skills in Merchandising, Article Management, Pricing and Promotions; CAR/POS integration is a plus
• Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts or transformation programs
• Solid understanding of fashion/retail processes, including seasonality, assortments, replenishment and omnichannel
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
• SAP certifications and Activate methodology preferred
• Exposure to related SAP solutions is a plus
• Fluency in English required; French or German is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions for fashion and retail clients, focusing on end-to-end business processes and industry best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor and guide clients through transformation initiatives, system implementations and optimizations
• Analyze business needs and design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail/Fashion solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Lead or contribute to implementation workstreams, including configuration, testing, data migration and go-live activities
• Deliver solutions across the retail value chain, including merchandising, supply chain, pricing, finance and omnichannel
• Act as a key client contact, lead workshops and mentor junior consultants
• Support presales, contribute to proposals and stay current on SAP innovations and retail industry trends
