Senior QA Engineer

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year

Requirements:

• Senior-level QA engineering skills (Test Planning, Exploratory Testing, Mentoring, AI-assisted testing, Test Automation, CI/CD, ...)
• Passionate about the topic and able to share this passion with others
• High level of empathy and excellent communication skills
• Learning is an integral part of your personality
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Swiss work permit

Responsibilities:

• We want to lift our approach to quality assurance to the next level and are looking for someone to guide the team in that direction. We would be stoked to receive your application if you are enthusiastic about ensuring that our complex product continues to exceed our users' expectations.
• Take ownership of the whole QA process (device and cloud software)
• Coach the development team on testing best practices
• Contribute to the product development process (improvement ideas, edge cases, …)

Because of our small team, we rely heavily on automation. We fully embrace continuous integration and strive to achieve continuous delivery. We give our engineers the autonomy they need by letting them organize themselves during our four-week sprints. At the same time, we encourage techniques like (remote) pair programming and code reviews.
