Sr. Solutions Architect - Polish Speaker

Salary: CHF 42'000 - 70'000 per year

Requirements:

• Know how to engage in complex customer interactions and the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by building relationships and orchestrating teams to achieve long-term customer success.
• Prior experience coding in a core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) and a willingness to learn basic Spark.
• Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms, and the ability to demonstrate the art of the possible using a modern coding platform.
• Know how to provide technical solutions for specialised customer needs and navigate a competitive landscape.
• Prior expertise in the regulated FSI vertical is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Fluent in German.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in our designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritisation and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications, ensuring they are excited about our vision and solution strategy.
• Act as a champion for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert solutions architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of our Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to our technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Continue development in one of four tracks: technical specialisation, industry vertical thought leadership, strategic customer vision, and people management.
