Requirements:

• • You hold a degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification.
• • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development, ideally within complex distributed systems.
• • You are passionate about building and delivering software, not just designing architectures and concepts.
• • You possess strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, relational databases, and REST-based web services.
• • Clean code, software quality, and test automation are an integral part of your daily work.
• • You have practical DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and automated deployments.
• • You effectively leverage modern AI-powered development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions in your daily workflow.
• • You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and take ownership. You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and consistently deliver results.
• • You demonstrate initiative, persistence, and creativity, and are able to find practical solutions to complex challenges.
• • You are a communicative, resilient, and team-oriented professional who enjoys working in cross-functional teams.
• • Experience in financial services, banking, trading, wealth management, or other regulated environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• • Collaborate with the team to ensure the design, development, and continuous enhancement of our backend platform for digital wealth management solutions.
• • Develop scalable, high-performance services within a modern microservice architecture that power core business functionalities.
• • Design and implement critical platform components such as user and identity management, portfolio management, payment processing, and communication services.
• • Build and maintain secure integrations with banking systems, custodians, trading venues, market data providers, and other third-party financial services.
• • Develop trading and transaction interfaces to support order routing, execution, reconciliation, and portfolio operations.
• • Create robust APIs and gateway services that connect frontend applications with internal and external systems.
• • Apply security-by-design principles and software development best practices across the entire technology stack, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.
• • Prepare technical documentation and actively contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• • Design, configure, and maintain automated testing frameworks, including integration, performance, and stress-testing environments.
• • Analyze and decompose complex systems to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for business-critical features.
• • Support platform operations, monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and innovative wealth management solutions.

• • Entwickle skalierbare und leistungsstarke Services innerhalb einer modernen Microservice-Architektur, die die Kernfunktionen unserer Plattform abbilden.
• • Konzipiere und implementiere geschäftskritische Komponenten wie Benutzer- und Identitätsmanagement, Portfolioverwaltung, Zahlungsabwicklung sowie Kommunikationsdienste.
• • Entwickle und betreibe sichere Schnittstellen zu Banken, Depotbanken (Custodians), Handelsplätzen, Marktdatenanbietern und weiteren Finanzdienstleistern.
• • Implementiere Handels- und Transaktionsschnittstellen zur Unterstützung von Orderrouting, Ausführung, Abstimmung (Reconciliation) und Portfoliooperationen.
• • Entwickle robuste APIs und Gateway-Services zur Anbindung von Frontend-Anwendungen sowie internen und externen Systemen.
• • Setze Security-by-Design-Prinzipien und bewährte Softwareentwicklungsstandards über den gesamten Technologie-Stack hinweg um und stelle die Einhaltung regulatorischer und branchenspezifischer Anforderungen sicher.
• • Erstelle technische Dokumentationen und bringe dich aktiv in Architekturentscheidungen, Code Reviews, Testaktivitäten und Qualitätssicherungsprozesse ein.
• • Konzipiere, implementiere und betreibe automatisierte Testframeworks für Integrations-, Performance- und Lasttests.
• • Analysiere komplexe Systemlandschaften und leite daraus umfassende Teststrategien für geschäftskritische Funktionen und Prozesse ab.
• • Unterstütze den Betrieb der Plattform durch Monitoring, Fehleranalyse, Incident Management und kontinuierliche Optimierung.
• Arbeite eng mit den Teams aus Produktmanagement, Operations und Engineering zusammen, um innovative, zuverlässige und zukunftsfähige Lösungen für die Vermögensverwaltung bereitzustellen.
