IT Sector Lead for Global Shared Services (f/m/d)

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in leading leaders within the IT domain, including effective leadership of employees, performance management and people development.
• A visionary mind-set to shape and implement strategic initiatives aligned to organizational goals.
• Proven technical leadership in platform engineering, platform modernization or Target Operating Model transformations.
• Strongly decisive and result-oriented, with an effective and efficient working style under high pressure.
• Deep hands-on understanding of modern platform technologies such as .Net, Java, Automation Platforms, Business Process Management and Content Management, as well as cloud-native principles and engineering best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned strategies.
• Ability to work in an agile manner, adapt to new situations, motivate others and work across teams and cultures.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote our COO core values Trust, Ambition, Collaboration and Courage, and our purpose to ensure appropriate, ethical and compliant behavior.
• Contribute to the Technology Strategy of our IT Division and ensure alignment with our strategic direction and governance.
• Drive the technical transformation roadmap to evolve our platforms toward a global Target Operating Model, aligning architecture, processes, platform lifecycle and workforce distribution.
• Lead 3 teams to proactively steer and continuously improve technical platforms such as RPA, Business Process Management, Content Management and Business Rules across various banking domains.
• Deliver and operate business applications running on these platforms.
• Establish and develop technical delivery teams across different locations and build a global engineering culture and cross-site collaboration model.
• Act as the key technical counterpart to Architecture and a strategic partner to our business stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and operational costs, including vendor and license management, and leverage near-shoring opportunities to drive cost efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality technical delivery with strong engineering culture and modern development practices for projects and small IT orders.
• Oversee effective risk management and resolution of architecture or governance exceptions, including architectural debt, risk mitigation measures, vulnerabilities, PenTest findings and other exceptions.
