Integration and DevOps Engineer - Geneva

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• Masters degree in IT or equivalent
• Good command of development languages and related application servers, including Java, JBoss and C++
• Good command of CI/CD tooling, including OpenShift and Kubernetes, and DevOps principles
• Good command of production tooling, including FTP transfers and schedulers
• Previous experience in the banking sector is an asset
• Responsible, rigorous and versatile, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Willingness to propose enhancements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Fluent in English and French
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
• Technical environment: ServiceNow, Serena, Argo CD, NetScaler, Java, Apache/IIS, OpenShift and Kubernetes

Responsibilities:

• Manage the release management process to reduce operational risk in production and test environments
• Coordinate planned changes between development and production teams
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Integrate new business applications into our ecosystem, from design through implementation in development, test, UAT and production environments
• Coordinate and execute technical tasks based on stakeholder requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks, technical issues and dependencies across projects
• Collaborate with third-party package providers on our technical requirements
• Develop project reference documentation in collaboration with development teams
• Estimate the workload of IT tasks during projects
• Use the Problem Management process to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime for business applications
