Internship - AI Software Engineer - AI-Powered Relationship Intelligence

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

• Masters student in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• Interest in recommendation systems and AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development and data processing.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Research state-of-the-art approaches in AI-powered CRM, recommendation systems, explainable AI and agentic workflows.
• Analyze relationship management, compliance and operational data.
• Identify business events, behavioural signals and patterns that can drive proactive recommendations.
• Design and develop intelligent capabilities that help users focus on what matters most.
• Develop recommendation and scoring models capable of identifying relevant actions, risks, opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
• Explore Large Language Models and AI copilots as decision-support mechanisms.
• Design explainable recommendation approaches helping users understand why actions are suggested.
• Prototype and evaluate conversational and visual AI experiences.
• Collaborate with product, business and technology teams.
• Measure user adoption, recommendation quality and business impact.
