IT Security Engineer – Cloud & DLP

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering, security engineering or a relevant field; a masters degree from an engineering school is a plus
• Sound experience of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and best practices
• Strong interest in IT security, continuous learning, secure engineering practices, threat modeling and IT market trends
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 services and hybrid cloud services
• Excellent command of automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, common software architecture patterns, networking protocols and technologies
• Highly analytical and rigorous, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong autonomy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly versatile and able to adapt to diverse technical contexts
• Fluency in English and French
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain security solutions
• Conduct and/or contribute to security projects
• Assess and improve the security hardening of enterprise solutions
• Participate in alert and incident response reviews and propose improvement actions
• Propose new security solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop security workflows and automate recurring tasks
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, incident reports and security requirements
• Contribute to enforcing robust security tools and secure coding practices in development
