Machine Learning Engineer Intern – Dashboard Ranking

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

• Masters student in Computer Science, Data Science or Software Engineering
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning or behavioral analytics
• Good Java development skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to transform ideas into practical solutions
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype an intelligent ranking engine to help users focus on the most impactful actions within a critical operational dashboard
• Analyze historical user behavior and action completion patterns
• Build recommendation and prioritization algorithms
• Explore AI- and LLM-based ranking approaches
• Design backend services and user-facing features
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business experts
• Validate the impact of recommendations in real operational scenarios
