Platform Engineer Intern – Secure Cloud Platforms

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

• You are a Bachelors or Masters student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in Platform Engineering, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure automation.
• You are familiar with Kubernetes and modern software development practices.
• You know at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or Java.
• You bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• You reside in Switzerland or are willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation solutions that improve developer experience.
• Develop and enhance platform integrations and self-service workflows.
• Build infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, Go, Python, and other technologies.
• Contribute to self-service platform capabilities based on Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Help define and implement reusable templates and golden paths.
• Integrate platform services with observability solutions to improve monitoring and operational visibility.
• Contribute to secure platform services, including certificate management and infrastructure provisioning.
• Work closely with platform engineers, architects, and software development teams.
