Production IT Engineer

Salary: CHF 77'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Opcon, GoAnyhere, Python, Bash, PowerShell.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on-premise and Cloud).
• Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams.
• Work with the Production team (Product-Support, Exploitation), Integration team, Infrastructure teams (Databases, Systems, Networks), Development teams, and Service Management teams (Incidents and Problems).
• Contribute to the evolution of our production environment as part of a dynamic team of 7 engineers within the IT Operations department.
• Support the Scheduling, File Transfer and Monitoring activities inside the IT Delivery Team.
