Workstation Architect Intern

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• We seek a candidate with a strong interest in enterprise workplace technologies and endpoint management.
• We value an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• We seek someone able to document technical processes clearly and accurately.
• We look for an interest in Microsoft technologies, particularly Windows, Microsoft Intune, and modern workplace solutions.
• We require good communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
• We require fluency in English; French is an asset.
• We require residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• We will involve the intern in reviewing our workstation build and deployment architecture and analyzing provisioning, lifecycle-management processes, and associated security controls.
• We will work with the intern to assess our new Modern Management architecture, documentation, procedures, operational follow-up, and reporting practices.
• We will ask the intern to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, assess current and future architectures, and recommend enhancements or alternative approaches.
• We will involve the intern in analyzing and designing Microsoft Intune management solutions for corporate laptops, desktop PCs, and iOS and Android devices.
• We will work with the intern on endpoint configuration and compliance policies, application deployment and lifecycle management, device security and governance, and reporting and monitoring capabilities.
• We will ask the intern to contribute to Modern Management best practices and recommend Intune management strategies across endpoint categories.
• We will have the intern present findings, recommendations, and proposals to the Workstation Architects team and key stakeholders.
