Visual Inspection Lead (f/m/d)

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

• Past experience as a shift team leader in production is requested
• Completed chemical / biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification
• Bachelor / Masters degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related disciplines is an advantage
• Structured, focused and organized way of working
• Assertive and motivated, working independently, flexible and resilient
• High attitude for Safety, Quality, Solution focus and Cooperation
• Knowledge of Visual Inspections process
• Coordination of resources and workflows
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• German would be an advantage
• Availability to work in 2 shifts model

Responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching and developing employees
• Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines
• Participating in investigations of deviations and improvement projects
• Ensuring safety and GMP compliance
• Recognizing, interpreting and eliminating deviations
• Participating in audits and visits
• Executing Visual Inspection in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines
• Providing technical and procedural support, working with the manufacturing team in a supportive way
• Performing training activities of Visual Inspection and supporting others and new joiners
• Managing personnel and developing employees
• Handling daily tasks in production
• Conducting performance reviews
• Supporting the further development of employees
• Working with other team leaders to optimize efficiency
• Helping set up the team and the system as part of the management team
