AI / Prompt Engineer - Deutschsprachig

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 100'000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluent in German
• Practical, hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
• Solid engineering fundamentals
• Sharp, quick-thinking, and genuinely curious about AI and how to apply it practically
• Hungry and highly driven — more important than years of seniority

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and continuously refine prompts and AI workflows that solve real product problems
• Work hands-on with LLMs and AI-assisted tooling to speed up engineering and ship faster
• Partner closely with engineers and product to bring AI-assisted approaches into everyday development
• Evaluate new models, tools, and techniques, and pull the useful ones into the workflow fast
• Iterate quickly based on real-world results rather than theory
