Forward Deployed Engineer - Agentic AI

Salary: CHF 130'000 - 160'000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical delivery.
• Shipped AI applications built on LLMs or agents into production, not only prototypes.
• Strong with APIs, integrations, data flows and system design.
• Comfortable being the technical person in the room with a customer, including non-technical stakeholders.
• German and English at professional level (C1+)

Responsibilities:

• Sit with customers to understand their processes, systems and goals.
• Translate complex business problems into working technical solutions.
• Build and integrate AI agents into existing systems, data and tools.
• Work across APIs, integrations, data flows and application architecture.
• Take solutions into production and keep improving them based on what real usage shows.
• Own the use case end to end, from the first workshop through go-live and beyond.
• Feed what you learn in the field back into product and engineering.
• Spot patterns across deployments and turn them into reusable building blocks.
