Forward Deployed Engineer - AI/ML

Salary: CHF 100'000 - 115'000 per year

Requirements:

• Background in Tech Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a client-facing technical role - you're a builder who solves problems, not a pure software developer
• Python is mandatory: fluent, production-grade usage required
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and cloud environments
• Broad foundational understanding of the AI/ML landscape from data analytics to NLP, with the ability to assess risk, test outputs, and ensure reliability in real-world deployments
• Pragmatic, execution-focused mindset - comfortable navigating messy client environments and tight delivery cycles

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical integration layer between the platform and client environments, from scoping through to deployment
• Serve as the primary technical contact on client engagements, working hands-on alongside their engineering and data teams
• Diagnose and resolve deployment challenges across varied and often complex enterprise ML infrastructure
• Translate client requirements and constraints into pragmatic, production-ready solutions
