Senior AI Software Engineer

Salary: CHF 140'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with LLMs, AI frameworks, or GenAI applications
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Docker or Kubernetes experience
• Startup mindset and ability to build production-ready systems
• Fluent German is required

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI/LLM applications and services
• Develop AI platforms, APIs, and data pipelines
• Work with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Optimize, monitor, and scale AI systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on new AI capabilities
