Senior Frontend Engineer

Salary: CHF 120'000 - 140'000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript and React are essential for this role
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in frontend engineering, with a proven track record of owning and leading projects end-to-end
• Experience in working in startups/scaleups is essential
• Comfortable working across the full stack when needed (APIs, backend endpoints, cloud services) to ship complete features
• Strong technical leadership skills - able to design scalable architectures and mentor teammates

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and implementation of core frontend systems and user interfaces, from technical design through to rollout
• Build robust, accessible React/TypeScript applications that integrate seamlessly with backend services and data infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership - contribute to scalable architecture decisions and level up teammates through mentorship
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure features align with user needs and business objectives
