Senior Java Backend Engineer (Lucerne region)

Salary: CHF 120'000 - 135'000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Java backend development experience
• Strong Java skills
• Experience with Docker and microservices
• Fluent German (B2+) and English
• Degree in Computer Science or similar

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java backend services
• Design and implement new product features
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
• Work with Product Managers, Architects, and the Scrum team
• Improve CI/CD and deployment processes
• Mentor and support other engineers
