Senior ML Engineer (Full remote within Switzerland)

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 130'000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience deploying machine learning systems into production.
• Strong understanding of modern machine learning techniques and production challenges.
• Excellent software engineering skills and experience writing maintainable, production-quality code.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to deployment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A practical, results-oriented approach to solving technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain production machine learning systems.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Turn research concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot model behavior and production issues using operational data.
• Continuously improve models and systems through experimentation and iteration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ML-powered capabilities.
• Contribute to engineering best practices through technical leadership and mentorship.
• Build systems that meet performance, reliability, scalability, and cost objectives.
