Senior Product Designer

Salary: CHF 120'000 - 135'000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ Years in Product Design. Solid background in UX/UI or Product Design with a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of complex, data heavy B2B SaaS products end to end
• Proven Startup or Scaleup Experience: You have been the first or only designer at a startup or scaleup before. You know what it means to build from zero, without a team behind you
• Hands On Senior Mindset: You are a senior designer who chooses to stay close to the work, not someone looking to delegate execution
• Engineer Collaboration: You work shoulder to shoulder with engineering teams, you speak their language, understand technical constraints and treat dev handoff as a partnership not a transaction
• Complex Data & Analytical Interfaces: Demonstrable experience designing analytical, data heavy B2B platforms

Responsibilities:

• Own the full design process end to end, from research and wireframing through to high fidelity execution, validation and iteration
• Work directly with customers during the development process: testing hypotheses, gathering feedback and validating solutions in real time
• Drive cross functional alignment with Sales and Customer Engagement to ensure the product reflects both user needs and business goals
