Sr Flutter Engineer [US-FinTech in 🇨🇭]

Salary: CHF 125'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• • 4+ years of hands-on Flutter development, shipped to production
• • Full-stack capability: ReactJS on the frontend, Java and/or NodeJS on the backend
• • Experience building multi-channel products, mobile and web off a shared platform
• • Proven understanding of web standards, performance, security and browser internals
• • Production ownership: you have run, supported and debugged what you built
• • Comfortable in a mature engineering culture: code reviews, pull requests, shared design refinement

Responsibilities:

• • Build and evolve the mobile experience of a white-labeled banking platform in Flutter
• • Own features end-to-end
• • Work directly with product
• • Automate and improve data exchange between internal and external teams
