Lead Data Product Owner

Salary: CHF 90'000 - 120'000 per year

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar
• 5 years plus of experience in data or product management with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in the technical building domain (automation, energy, security) is a strong plus
• Good understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, metadata practices, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience defining, delivering, and evolving data products, with a strong focus on business value, adoption, and measurable outcomes
• Experience identifying and driving AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in products
• Solid understanding of data technologies (databases, catalogues, data lakes) to steer product decisions and discussions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior business and technical stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative and able to influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digital solutions and adoption
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and roadmap for data products, aligned with business strategy end-to-end and across different parts of the organization
• Own and prioritize the data product backlog to maximize business value by monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and iterating on product features
• Engage stakeholders across business units, data science and engineering to gather requirements and communicate progress
• Guide and mentor a virtual team of Data Product Owners to ensure effective product development
• Ensure that data products adhere to quality standards and meet legal requirements
• Identify and drive opportunities for data innovation and AI
