Senior Business Engineer – People Analytics

Salary: CHF 95'000 - 125'000 per year

Requirements:

• Master (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Data Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science
• Several years of experience in data engineering, analytics or data science and in building data platforms in the cloud
• Very strong programming and database skills in Python/R and SQL
• Experience delivering impact-focused analyses and models as well as technical leadership
• Experience with machine learning / AI use case delivery
• Strong ability to solve complex problems and think in systems
• Enjoy collaboration and exchange and the bridge between technology and business
• Communicative and convincing in presentations and when dealing with stakeholders
• Very good English in spoken and written form; German or French is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• We act as the bridge between data engineering and analytics for our people analytics solutions
• We lead the build of a scalable human resources one data platform in the cloud on AWS and lay the foundation for reliable data
• We develop and operate people analytics and AI use cases that deliver measurable business impact
• We own the architecture and build of the HR data platform and ensure data quality, governance and security
• We prioritize, develop and implement people analytics use cases with clear, measurable value
• We provide technical leadership, coach data engineers and data scientists, and enable end-to-end value
• We work closely with IT, Security and business units and advance data-driven decision making
• We foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity and learning
