Technical Lead - Olten

Salary: CHF 45'000 - 75'000 per year

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience in service management for contract areas
• Experience managing technical escalations between offshore teams and customers
• Ability to guide L1/L2 teams and create support documentation
• Experience with technical coordination with OEM support for technology assistance
• Knowledge of service management aligned with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change
• Experience reporting network status to key stakeholders
• Cisco Routing knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Manage service management for the given area of contracts with the customer
• Interface with offshore teams and customers to manage technical escalations
• Guide the team and drive operations 24/7
• Participate in and technically lead Major Incident Management calls and provide timely solutions and updates
• Provide guidance to L1/L2 teams and create documentation for their support
• Coordinate with OEM support for technology assistance
• Update training and support documentation
• Report network status to key stakeholders
