IT Onsite Supporter (a) 60%

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English; German is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation with a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple support activities
• Willingness to work onsite in Geneva and occasionally at other locations
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work overtime when required
• Team-oriented, responsible and independent personality

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site end-user support via the Service Desk and walk-in support kiosk
• Support Microsoft workplace environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices
• Manage and support mobile devices within an MDM environment
• Perform IMAC activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and hardware repairs
• Provide dedicated VIP support for office staff and senior management
• Coordinate dispatch activities and external service providers supporting retail stores and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
